 He is curious to talk to you so yes he might like you. Get to know him first, take it slow first and then you can then decide if you want more than friendship.

 ok, with playground I am betting your pretty young, You might ask him. If he is bothering you that much just ask, and watch how he reacts. If your in say so if not you can say that too. but if you keep giving him the run around it could get drawn out. sound pretty young though so its probably a crush, never hurts to ask, adn the young guys are usualy kind of shy and it may be entertaining.
