writes:Well... There is this girl, and At the beginning of the year on the first day of College she and another student are talking us through what it is like to be at the college. The whole time when I am not looking at her, she is staring at me, and when I do look at her, she moves her gaze somewhere else. for the whole 20 mins we did this repeatedly. After, whenever I saw her round college, I would feel her stare at me constantly when I was looking the other way, and yes you have guessed it, when I looked at her she would Look away. This carried on for about 4 months? Once, I was in the school Assembly, and she is standing opposite me, while the teacher is talking... I kept feeling her looking at me constantly and again... If i looked, she would look away.Another time, I walked past her with a couple of friends on a rainy day - She was by the door leading inside waiting for her class mates. we walk past, and my friend accidentally flings her umbrella in my face. my other friend telling me later on that she couldn't take her eyes off me as we walked past. Now, the other day, I was waiting outside the College gate, and she walks out, we spot one another and smile at each other and then she comes over and talks to me! We have a conversation for about 2 mins, and she is meant to be catching her train which leaves about 15 mins after College finishes! but she decides to talk to me instead? She said the people who she usually get the train with never wait for her.After having a conversation about some random things and her complementing me on the flower I had in my hair, she goes. ( Yes she has complemented me before... I saw her about three days before that and she said she liked my bag?) I am just really confused. Am I looking far too into this and over reacting? Or Am I not looking into this enough?Yes I like her, But She doesn't come across as Bi/Lez. I don't think she has ever had a relationship. She is in the year aboveI've talked with her once or twice on Facebook, but only about helping out at events in the College. Someone Help me!

 Your best way of finding out would be getting to know her, maybe having a conversation about if there is anyone she fancies, maybe suggest some female celebrities that are hot and see how she reacts.
If yoy want a more direct approach then you could ask her if she is straight or bi or gay, but she may feel uncomfortable and the answers may also not be true.
The easiest way is get to know her and see if there is a spark, maybe flirt with her and see if she flirts back.
