Does he have an interest in me?

I have this male coworker that doesn't work in the same location but its the same company. I will call him from time to time to get insurance benefit questions answer. After the nurse told me that he was asking about whether or not I was seeing someone. After that we kind of talk more and we started email each other. Now we are texting each other like at least 5-15 texts a day and finally he called me. When I mention in the text that he never calls me. Then, today he calls me for the first time after work. Does he have an interest in me?
