My sister is 15 years old and my best friend is 17 years old male.When I was at my best friend's house, I went into his bed room to get something when he was in the bathroom. When he was in the bathroom, I noticed he had a picture of my sister next to his bed. I believed he printed the picture from her Facebook page. I am wondering if this is something I should be concern about? Is this something I should talked to him about? Should I hold it against him or just let it go? How worry should I be that he had her picture next to his bed?

When boys have crushes on girls, of course they may tend too look on there facebook page and scroll through there pictures and what not.. but actually printing a picture off and having it by his bed is just plain weird and creepy!
It makes it even more creepy as to the fact she is two years younger than him... and even though he is of a similar age something about this just doesn't strike me as normal!
I'd bring him up on it.. ask him why on earth does he have a picture of your sister printed off next to his bed? See what he has too say for himself.. I am sure you will be able to tell if he is lying or not... but if it was my sister I would want an explanation.. and I would want it to be a good one. Good Luck x

Things like this is better if you confront him about this subject. Its common for boys to develop interest in their friend's sister because by spending time with you it may developed feelings and/or so reflections of you into your sister. Not saying he likes you but just try and understand his side things like this can make or break a friendship. But the question is will you make it a big deal for you two or do yo just accept it and move on
