Yes, it is possible. I have heard of accidental orgasms happening when doctors do protate examinations. Perhaps this is an urban legend, but if not, I would image it could be a very embarrasing experience.

 I can't answer this from direct experience, but I've been told that this is indeed possible. I've also been told, however, that it is more usual for there to be some manual manipulation accompanying the anal sex, which helps.
