 Erm... Yes, talking sexy is a good thing. However, I don't think I'd like being told you want to make me deliciously sore - a bit too S&M for me to be honest. I don't like the C word. Apart from that everything else is fine.
I would say if you're going to do this then start off with just sexy talk. You can always make it dirtier gradually. If it gets to the point he's really liking it best to stop there. If you go too far it might turn him off.
I once went out with a girl who was a little noisy, I whispered in her ear to tell me to F her. That turned me on a lot. However, another time she starting using the C word and that turned me off completely.
Everyone has their own level. I would say start off middy and build on that. If he really enjoys it then why go further than wherever you get to?
If a girl tells me, in the heat of passion to say something, I'd say it. So you could start it off by saying to him "tell me you want to F me hard" and see how he likes it.
