A reader, anonymous, writes (6 December 2009):

I think the best way to loose weight is not to diet, because as soon as you start to eat 'normally' again the weight goes back on.

You have to make a change in lifestyle, eat a healthy diet and exercise, one of the best ways is walking.

Good Luck

Hi,

Best advice I have about diets is to talk to your doctor. They can tell you what's safe and what's not. Then you know for sure what you can and can't do safely.

Good luck!
