She asks if he thinks I'm pretty and he responds yeah. He always looks at me at school does this mean he likes me or probably have feelings for me?

 He thinks you are pretty but that does not mean that he has feelings for you. He may have felt put on the spot. Does it matter? A lesson you need to learn in life is never to date an ex off a friend, and especially not a best friend.

If he had called you ugly that would have been rude, and if you ARE a pretty girl then, of course, he will say so. Has nothing to do with whether he likes you or not.

If he likes you, he will do more than just look at you. He'll try to talk to you. I think a lot of boys are going to stare at you if you're a pretty girl. Wait for them to do more than look at you to prove they like you. Make sure they treat you nice for who you are, and not how you look.
