 Her mum is naturally overprotective of her because of her problems. What worries me about your post is that you don't say anything about how much you love this girl, just talk about how you want to have sex with her which may be why her mother is reluctant to leave you alone. If this girl feels the same about having sex as you do let her speak to her mum about wanting to spend some alone time with you. It's her mother therefore her problem.
