 If he admitted he has been a bad dad and husband, and as you said in another post he is going to be more honest... He most definatley is trying to be with you again.

 Probably. Hard to say though, you havent put much info on here.
Like i just said in another question to someone, be careful you havent got a yo yo on your hands here. Some people like to line the next one up before finishing with the current. Doomed to fail. They tend to be with people for all the wrong reasons, because they cant cope being single.
