i guess id only know for sure when i give up my celibacy and get active again... :P

 Now there isn't a direct conection but the physical activity of can be good for you skin as well there is a chemicel change in the brain that may have something to do with it. Also sex relieves stress so if you don't have sex your stress levels could go up and affect you skin.
This isn't absolute truth, I'm just going based on what I know of the biochemistry of the body but there could be some correlation between physical activity or pleasure/stress releif and sex.

Now, for the sake of a little humor, let's say that, on the contrary, there's a way sex could give you more pimples. They don't call it "dirty" for no reason. Suppose you had "primeval sex", lying on a dirt road and with lots of dust. Then your pores would get clogged and, voilá, you vud hav a more pimpalls, mademoiselle.

 I don't think there is any direction connection between sex and pimples.
Indirectly, though, stress has been known to cause breakouts of pimples and technically sex could be a form of stress relief. Though, I don't think you would see an immediate change.
