Hi.Yes they do mean they love you, i think it is because you are at a the age of 13,that your problem lies, with your emotions being all over the place and you are trying to find your way in life, and where you fit in with your family, because they see you as growing up, and maybe they do not show you the attention that they once did, but seem to put it all on younger members of your family, this is the part of growing up that hundreds of children do not like, i hated being the eldest of 8 younger children, but when some one said they loved me i knew deep down that they did, and you should accept the fact that even tho you do not receive the attention that you did when you were at a younger age, does not mean that no one loves you, because in real live they do.

Hi,
When talking about families, love will be an inborn quality. I would say, if they say they love you, then they mean it. i love my family--nephew, niece, brothers and i haven't stopped loving my late parents. Maybe, have a look at why you believe that don't mean it? Or what makes you feel they don't? Work out what they are doing or not doing to make you feel this way!
Take care and best wishes, G.
