writes:Hello,so let me start off by saying that my boyfriend(in his 30s) has never been the ''social media'' type of guy or at least that's what he told me, He does not like pictures to be taken of him or even with me!, so one day during thanksgiving 2014 I remember being excited to take some pictures with him.but he just looked and acted awkward about it, so I only took 2 and it came out super blurry so I just felt sad and erased them.since that day I never asked him anymore to take a picture with me, Now comes the weirdest part of all.Out of curiosity a few weeks ago I asked him:''do you have a Facebook account'' cause I Found it really weird that he did not have one' and he Replied: 'yeah but its a fake one,its old and I don't use it''so I only had one of his emails at that moment(he has 2 emails) so I checked on Facebook with the email that I have of him,, and he was right it was an account with a fake name,no profile picture,no content whatsoever,Maybe it's private,(perhaps I don't know).So one day he was writing his G-mail Address(which is his second email) I caught a glimpse and quickly wrote it down, so I did the same procedure,I went on Facebook, wrote the email on the search bar and guess what I found!!,another fake Facebook profile, this time with another fake name,but the same fake last name as the other fake account that I mentioned above, but this one in comparison to the other Facebook account, Has a real profile picture of him, its private, and I could not see his friend list,or anything.Facebook suggested me 5 people that he is friends with, 4 of them I know from university and the other one I don't know,,So the question is which fake profile was he even referring to if there are two of them under his 2 emails? Which one is it,He said he has one account! smells like lies to me! ADVICE!

 It makes no sense to have a fake FB, it's not like he can add friends, right? Since he doesn't use his own name, so WHO does he "befriend" and what does he use it for? And then having 2? That makes no sense.
Not wanting his picture taken can be for many reasons. Maybe he feels he isn't all that photogenic or he doesn't want his picture out there - at least NOT through YOUR FB.
Have you tried doing a google image search using his picture?
And OP, I have to ask, if you feel like he is being shady and you can't trust him.... why be with him?

ginalae is verified as being by the original poster of the questionHe said: it's because he does not like his information to be out there,yet the weird part is why Have a real picture of him in one profile, when He in fact has never taken pictures with me and does not like to take pictures in general.Some time ago i wanted to take pictures of him and he just looked so awkward and did not want to take any pics whatsoever. because he said he thought I was going to upload the pictures to facebook and he does not LIKE his pictures to be up on facebook, REALLY!!? Yet he has a fake name profile with a REAL picture of him,and he does not like his pictures to be up on Facebook!! hummm sounds contradictory to me!

One thing is having an FB page, but why have a fake one? THAT is what I would ask him ( I wouldn't let him know that I KNOW he actually has 2 of them, not until he explains why even 1 fake one)
I think people in general who have FAKE FB pages are USUALLY up to no good, whether this guy is... well, it's hard to say but that is what I would guess.

 I agree with my colleges. why not just ask him why he has a fake account? to be honest with you, maybe he's insecure and using a fake profile to make friends because he feels like he can't make real ones? talk to him ask him about it. never heard to ask

ginalae is verified as being by the original poster of the question@Honeypie,I Asked him if he had a Facebook account, he said yes but its a fake and old Facebook account,that he does not use,but he was obviously referring to 1 account, but he has 2 fake ones, there are both fake accounts under both of his 2 emails,one that has no content whatsoever,no picture and fake name(which is the email that I DO HAVE) and the other one has a real profile picture of him, with a fake name (this one With the EMAIL that I don't have)

Have you asked him why he has a FAKE Facebook account? I mean who has that? Unless they are looking to do "bad" things or "catfish" people?
