 How about a third category: NEITHER. Semen tastes nasty. It makes no difference whether you swallow or spit it out. You still have that taste in your mouth.

by the time my guy orgasms the head of his penis is far enough back in my mouth that I don't notice the taste or texture and it's easier to just swallow. Since semen is mostly protein it's not harmful at all...
