Do I tell him... or keep my loyalty with the club?

We have a social club that hires a gentleman to entertain weekly. I am currently involved romantically with him. Unfortunately, I just found out that the club is going to discontinue him next year. Do I tell him or keep my loyalty to the club. I work hard for the club in a non pay position, but am afraid if I don't tell him he will be angry.
