Yes, guys do often get nervous about having sex, it depends on the guy and on his experience. At the age you have posted, 13-15, guys don't have a lot of experience if any, and many guys will talk tough because they think they need to behave like that for their friends, but many of them don't have the emotional maturity to handle sex, and will be nervous about it. It also depends on how much he likes the girl, the more he likes her the more likely he is to be nervous. Nervousness and excitement go hand in hand a lot of the time.
