 There is a lot of money in maintaining "scruffy" hair and clothing - ie buying those jeans that look old when they are not and those hair cuts. I guess it depends on personality, what suits you, or different looks for different occasions. For example a hair style that could be scruffy style for socialising but tamed down for work and interviews - i.e. hair for all occasions. Whatever you do keep yourself clean and non-greasy or smelly ha-ha.

 Different looks look good on different people. And different people like different things. I think I'm a clean cut kind of gal... I like Brad Pitt and David Beckham nice and clean cut rather than all scruffy. And Uncle Jesse turned fantastically hot when he cut off that mullet!

Depends...I like them both. If you want to "look" scruffy though, still remain clean. There's guys that are scruffy and their hair is a greasy mess and it's gross.

All girls are different and like different things and me, I like different things on different guys. This guy may look more attractive with crazy hair as opposed to clean cut, this guy may look better with long hair, and that guy may look better bald! For me I dont really pay too much attention to their hair anyway, unless they mention something about it.

 Scruffy hair looks great if you don't use too much product. Yet short hair feels nice. It all depend on what you think looks good because if you think it looks good odds are others will do.

reader, anonymous, writes (4 July 2009): Well I LOVE wavy, tousled curly hair instead of clean cut. The messy-haired look is so much cuter in my opinion. But you've got to keep it looking presentable, it's great to have beach/bed-headed waves but if you look scruffy, it's a turn off. It's got to be presentable waves, search the internet for it. Hope this helped.
