 If by "cum" you mean shooting out a liquid, then yes some women can "squirt" while having an orgasm, but it's not entirely common. Nothing unusual about it, just the minority.
If by "cum" you mean just having another orgasm, then yes women can have more than one orgasm in rapid succession. (In my experience, it's not impossible for a woman to climax three times in five minutes, though that may be it for a while.)
If by "cum" you just mean that she gets even moister, then certainly a woman can continue to get wetter as long as she's still excited. She's not going to dry up as soon as she orgasms in the same way a man gets soft after an orgasm.
