 Hello :] Yes, I believe some women do use vibrators to help give more clitoral stimulation during sex. I'd say missionary position is the easiest position to use one in, as you are lying on your back. I notice SugarCookie mentioned doggy.. Wow, she must have one strong arm! *laughs*.

I use a vibrator in missionary and doggie. I use a bullet and sometimes with the deep penitration and the vibrator on my clit I climax in three minutes. Its great and you should try it.
