She cheated on you and you know it. She just decided a few days later that it was a bad move on her behalf to admit it to you and now she regrets telling you.
Seriously, think about it logically, who in their right mind tries to defame themselves as a joke? Trust your instincts buddy. She is a no good cheater.

 Yeah, I think she originally told you the truth and is now trying to get out of cheating on you.More importantly, why on earth would she lie and tell you she cheated when in fact she actually did NOT have sex with anyone else? Why would you want to be with someone who plays mind games like that? That is just messed up.

 Even if she didn't, trust and honesty are some of the building blocks of a working relationship, and she isn't respecting that at all. Is she doing one of those "relationship tests" to see what your reaction would be? That isn't much better than actually cheating. I say ditch the mind-games and leave with your sanity.
