 I think the old stand by of "Dinner and a Movie".Because it's not suggestive.I think it's best to go to dinner first to feel him out,then you kinna know him,and if he's a dud you can go to a movie and not talk to him.But if you are shy go to the movie first as it will give you something to talk about at dinner.

If you want to know where to take her, find out something that you both enjoy and go do it together.
