Could this be breast cancer?

i recently had a lump in my cheast. Usually this indecates breast cancer :(.. i havent seen my doctor yet becacause of my insurance. However the lump has faded and gone away.Looking at information on the internet the lumps from breat cancer dont normally go away. Could this still be breast cancer??
