The Realist agony auntIt sounds like nothing serious but there is no harm in getting it checked out if it doesn't fade in the time a bruise would usually take. This could be from friction from either her or your masturbation. It has happened to me so I really don't think it's an std of anything other then a bruise. If its also dry you could try a mild lotion to help it heal up faster.

It doesn’t sound bad but you should go to a doctor, strangers online are never better than a real doctor. Never ever trust its someone else’s first time they can lie or get there v-card surgically un ripped (re cherry). But seriously go to a doctor asap! if you aren’t shore what it is go to a doctor it’s their job to know what it is, if it’s in fear of being patronized by your parents or friend you can say you’re visiting for something else then ask your doctor to keep it private (doctor patient confidentiality) and if it is better to get the disease in its infancy than when it’s a full blown disease.
