writes:i am 16 years old, when i was 13, i liked girls very much, i imagined sexual fantasy with girls. but now, after i entrance to high school, high school for men, just men, in this school there are no girls.. i start imagine sexual fantasy with boy. i just wanna go back to the past. i really just want to be straight..  OK, just BEING around guys doesn't MAKE you gay. I disagree with your environmental theory/belief because if that were the case, then everyone who went to an single-sex school would be gay. You either ARE or ARE NOT regardless of what 'causes' it.Additionally, you might be Bi-sexual. At your age it's really had to say either way. You're still trying to figure out everything and your hormones are also affecting everything. If you happen to be bi or gay then wanting/trying/forcing yourself to be straight can cause you some serious emotional pain. Just relax a little. If you truly find that seeing guys so much is 'making' you have homo thoughts, then go find yourself some straight porn and try using that. If that continues to not satisfy you then you might have to come to the realization/acceptance that you're bi/gay.

hey :) just wanted to say i agree with the two peeps below... but are you really sure you were never gay before? i know for certain that i used to try and force myself to fantasize about girls... being gay is not a bad thing... and as for asking for advice on how to be straight... it cant be done unless you want to lead a life of misery... its pointless... yes gay men marry women and have families... but in the end they spend all those years miserable and in denial until they accept it for themselves and end up having affairs with men and ruining the lives of their loved ones.

 being around boys wont make you gay cause you dont like them that way to start with, so your not going to start thinking about ect.if your not gay you wont become gay.
