Maybe hold off on being that close to your boyfriend until you learn more about this stuff. Have you talked to your parents about this? Your age doesn't really correspond to the level of knowledge this question expresses.

 Next time before you do anything sexual please do your research on sex, reproduction and everything else related. You won't get pregnant from what you two done but it's always good to know everything before being sexually active so that you can be properly educated on how to prevent an unwanted pregnancy. If you have no idea what you're doing and how it could possibly impact your life then you have no business doing what you're doing. Makes sense? Be careful OP. Good luck.

 To get pregnant sperm needs to meet Egg.
Since the egg is in your fallopian tubes then the only way for the sperm to meet it is to swim up from your vagina through your cervix into your uterus and then into your tube where the egg is. THEN the egg will travel to the uterus where it will implant.
Did your boyfriend ejaculate? Or was the wetness from you?
IF you are becoming sexual with your boyfriend then I suggest that you get on hormonal birth control as soon as possible.
Get a hold of the book "Our Bodies Our Selves" it will help you understand all of this.
I am going to suggest to the Aunts from across the pond that you might be actually closer to 14 but selected 18 thinking you would not be able to ask if you were under 18 as that's common on websites around here. IF that's the case I understand your concern...
IF you are actually 18 or older then I am worried that you don't understand reproduction because I learned that in school in 6th grade and that was back in the 70s.

No. You can not get pregnant from this. The wetnes was also most likely from yourself being turned on. I highly recommend you study how babies are made and read up on sex, clearly you have not been taught this in school. Which doesnt surprise me, really, since you are from USA. Seems sexual education over there is something no one has ever heard of. So no offense to you, but to your school system. Time to do some self studying and learn about this.
