writes:i met this girl from italy on internet about a month ago.... i sort of like her (it's mutual). we only chat online and text each other like few times a week. but she is not good at english, only in italian. many times when i chat with her i feel we have limited topics to talk about.her replies are always sooo short..and when i told her she's too quiet she said she's having difficulties expressing herself in english. i even go to an extent asking her to type in italian and i do the translation based on translator...but this isnt helping. some times she'd tell me she misses me and wants to kiss me and stuff, but we didnt really have much to talk about. she's closeted bi, like me.. im beginning to wonder if i like her because she's an italian (i think italian people are attractive) and she's cool? we haven't been talking much lately because i don't know what to talk about.. i've really tried my best. and trust me, she isn't. what should we do if we want our relationship to progress?

reader, anonymous, writes (29 April 2009): Sounds like you are making much more effort than her so perhaps this tells you something.
If you real need is to talk to other closet bi's surely there are internet sites specially for that?
