 Unfortunately there is very little you can do about this.... and i very much depends on your family members and your relationship with them.
It is Quite possible your brother will be too embarassed to bring up the subject at all. It is quite possible he has done similar things and therefore will know what it means and why it happens.
Now as for your parents if they do find out you maybe severly punished.... alternatively they could ignore it.... or as some parents do accept it as a teenage boy many parents understand you have urges.... and be gald your not indulging them with another person.
However if you truely think your brother will tell have a quiet word with one of your parents... probably your father... he was a teenage boy once and explain what happened to him... and he will be able to deal with your brother... I hope this helps.
