Case of the "X"

Question - (18 March 2008) 6 Answers - (Newest, 22 March 2008)
A female United States age 41-50, *anessa1 writes:

I have been seeing this guy I work with for about 6 months. I have never been invited over to the new house he stays at but have been to his old spot. He says that I can't come over because we work together and for work purposes, I shouldn't know where he lives but he always comes to mines. He also says his younger brother stays with him.

Just a few days ago we went away together. It was about 12:30am and his phone started ringing off the hook... I looked at it and it was his ex-girlfriend. She kept calling and calling so I questioned him about it, and he said it's because she is watching his dog. He tells me there is nothing going on between them and that he broke up with her for a reason, but I have a hard time believing him... he has got to by lying right?

kittikat agony auntSorry girl, sounds fishy to me. I'm sure his "ex" isn't really his ex.

dearkelja agony auntIf his younger brother stays with him, why's the ex girlfriend watching the dog?

I think he is not being truthful and he is hiding something and that is why you can't go to the new house.
