take care

Hi, it is hard to use a tampon for the first few times, you have to be relaxed and angle it into the right position. Think of a line drawn between the opening of your vagina and the small of your back and aim that way.
It helps if you're really relaxed so your muscles don't block the tampon from entering. The very first time I managed to finally get one in, after a lot of trying, was when I finally lay on my side on the floor and didn't tense my muscles at all. I also couldn't use one of the tampons with the applicator, I had to use the ones that you put in using your finger. Also a smaller one to start with, not one of the super-absorbent larger ones.
Don't worry, you're perfectly normal!
