I can get So horny, but never get wet, and it's hard for me to reach that point in sex because it doesn't feel that great to me. I suggest trying a different pill, or waiting it out just like the girl below me said. I've almost been taking mine for 3 months as well. Things are starting to get better for me! I hope they do the same for you. Good luck!

Girl I am going through the exact same thing as you. I have always been able to get really wet and horny easily and I have been with the same guy for almost 3 years. The thing is that I recently started taking the pill (this is my second pill to take , the first made me break out, but I was still able to get horny, so I tried another because I couldnt stand being broken out all the time)and all of the sudden I have the hardest time feeling any pleasure and getting wet, I am able to reach orgasm, but that is the only time I feel anything at all. I talked to my doctor about this and she said to tough it out for 3 months to see if it goes away because a lot of times the side effects go away once your body has gotten used to the pill. I now have 2 more weeks till I am done with my 3rd pack, and I notice that the problem is slowly going away, but I am still not normal like I used to be and want to be. I am going to the doctor this week to change to a 3rd "pill" and see if this one does the magic trick, but not because of not being able to get horny (I see that that situation is starting to improve) it is because this pill is making my face break out even worse than the one I was on before, and it is becoming unbearable because before I went on the first pill I had a pretty good complexion (despite usually one pimple on my face) Now I have lots of scars and always have multiple pimples on my face (im talking about at least 7 huge ones). I heard that it is the fillers in the pill that cause different reactions in different people, and the reason for there being so many different birth control pills out there is because every woman is different, and what one pill does to one woman, the next woman might not have the same side effect. Every womans body is different, you just have to find the one right for you. I dont know how long you have been on the pill but I know that if you have toughened it out for three months and you dont notice any improvement then you should ask the doctor to prescribe you a different pill due to lack of horniness.I wish you LOTS of luck because I know just how hard it can be trying to find one that works for you!!!

Sorry to contradict RACLYNUS, but he pill CAN have an effect on libido and also (after looking at a relevant journal) some brands of the pill CAN affect your ability to get *wet* as it were.
Talk to your healthcare provider about this if it is a problem.

Lots of medication can cause supression of/problems with libido. Certain anti-depressants acn cause lack of sexual arousal or a condition where the individual cannot get an erectuion or achieve orgasm for example.
New research has shown that some brands of the pill can dampen the libido or cause depression or mood swings, so yes this is possible. I havent heard of the pill making you *drier* but I suppose it would be logical if you can't get turned on properly. It is something I would have to read up on and maybe get back to you.
Your next stop would be to talk to your contraception provider (clinic or GP, or whoever) and maybe look at switching methods of contraception or pill brands if this is a problem for you.
