 Maybe. I'm not sure how often you engaged in it over those years, but that muscle can get stretched out and begin to look more "open" than normal. Perhaps though it shrinks back over time. But I agree with chigirl, get a mirror and take a good look back there, then you'll know for sure.

 Not unless you injured yourself (which would be immediately apparent by a need to wear diapers). He can't tell. But why would it matter anyways? As long as you explained it's something that you hate/your ex pressured you into doing and will not do again, it shouldn't be a problem.

You are fine OP, there is no way to tell that you have done that in the past by looking at your anus. There is telltale inflammation and swelling in some cases, but that is only visible for a few hours or perhaps a few days at most.

Why would you find it humiliating? He wouldn't care, it's not like it's a bad thing at all.
