However, this is important: are you planning on swallowing the semen? It has a very very distinct taste to it, and not many women like to swallow because of the taste. What I do is I have a bag or something nearby that I spit it out in, have water ready and drink some water, that rinses the mouth. Then I am happy, and my mouth is clean either way.
