Ermm. Possibility. Likelihood? Big no. Sperm is very sensitive and dies easy. Sperm can last for an hour, but more commonly dies within 10-20 minutes when exposed to air and allowed to dry. In the vagina, it will never last longer than 72 hours. [Mod note: per the Mayo Clinic, "Sperm ejaculated into a woman's vagina can live in a woman's reproductive tract for up to five days or perhaps even longer."] But with this, you need to count in saliva. Saliva DOES contain digestive enzymes, bacteria, and a very different acidic level to what sperm are designed to thrive in. It has been proven that saliva does kill sperm (aka lowers sperm count when oral is performed directly before intercourse), but this is a umm. Pretty rare circumstance. No one can say for sure here.

 What an odd question, and... slightly dumb (sorry).
First off, WHY would you do that?
Secondly, sperm can survive outside of the body for no more than about an hour. In general, if the semen is still wet it may well have live sperm. ?
Thridly, sperm may survive in the Fallopian tubes for as long as 7 days, but generally survives for around 3 to 5 days.
Maybe... you need to stop doing all things sexual till you actually have a clue.

Depends on how much semen, how close to ovulating you were, and mother nature. Don't worry....your concern will only last a few weeks.
