I used to do the same thing when I was a virgin and I was terrified I would somehow get pregnant. In order for you to get pregnant he would have to ejaculate and in my point of view I don't think he can do it unless his penis is inside of you. But just be careful if you feel your sweats wet you know you have to stop.

 It's pretty much impossible for you to become pregnant this way. It would only be possible if some of the pre-cum managed to make its way through your pants, and into your vagina - HIGHLY unlikely. Sperm is resiliant, but it's not THAT resiliant.
If it's really worrying you, do as MammaMia says - get on birth control. That way you can set your mind at ease, and you will be ready when the time comes.
