 Yes it is illigal but if you love her and she loves you then go ahead but make sure or else it could be considered rape.

 I am not entirely sure but I THINK the law is there to protect children against adults having sex with a minor. As you are both underage and consenting, it's unlikely a prosecution could take place. Hopefully someone will have the correct legislation for you.
