(1%)?if you feel about him in such a way that you want your baby to have his genes, why get devorced?!!please be patient, you are going to be available now, you might meet some other good person, and instead of being single mom who has (bagage), be a single lady who wants to settle and have babiesbest of luck

If you are happy to be a single mum, are financially secure, and happy for him to have no part in the care of this kid, then ask him.
But why him? Why not a male friend with no bad feelings towards you?
