I've tried an oral tablet and i've even had cream and things from the doctors.. but nope it's still there. But this isn't the only problem.. I'm beginning to get worried about going any further than kissing someone. I don't know, I'm just getting a bit paranoid and worried about what other people may think. So can anyone give me advice on how to get rid of it? Does it require a change of diet or something like that? Thanks everyone.

Everyone has a certain amount of natural discharge - that does not mean you have trush. If you're itchy and sore and find it difficult to urinate, then it's a sure sign of thrush and you need medication. However, you are never going to get rid of your discharge because it's supposed to be there. It helps keep the vagina clean and it would be a problem if it wasn't there. Only take the medication if you are absolutely sure thrush is what it is.
And if it is thrush that keeps popping up then you're going to have to figure out what keeps causing it.

If you've been seen by doctors recently they will tell you if you do or do not have thrush and if you do they will provide proper medical attention.
If the medication you're taking isn't working then this must be because you don't have thrush. it could be something else. You say you've seen a doctor but you only 'think' you've had thrush. The doctor would be able to tell you for sure.
Don't take the medication if you're not 100% that's what you have. Really all i can say is go to the doctor, confirm what you have and act accordingly.

Have you been checked by a doctor and have they confirmed you have thrush? If so, they should have advised you accordingly! Thrush is best treated with a passary inserted into the vagina and cream for any outer sore or itch you might have.
Some people are prone to thrush, if you use tampons a lot, take antibiotics or are overweight.
You just need to drink plenty of water, wear cotton underwear, don't wear too many layers on your bottom half (if you wear trousers, don't wear tights and viceversa).
Bear in mind that discharge is natural. It only becomes a problem if you feel sore, the discharge looks broken up, like cottage cheese and stinks, you itch a lot and feel pain when passing urine.
Any or all of these, see a doctor and get a urine test done.
God bless and good luck!
