Hi, my question is, can someone make u anxious or be the cause of irrational behavour. My boyfriend is a good person but i hav noticed that i change when i am around him. Wen we were together i had problems with anxiety then after we split it seemed 2 subside. Recently we started seeing each other again and i started having anxiety symptoms again. He didnt reply to my txt so i got all irrational and anxious and started thinking the worst. Its like i was out of my mind. I wasnt thinking like i normaly would. Normaly i would come up with a rational explanation like maybe hes busy or maybe hes asleep etc. Do i need therapy. He is a good man with a good heart who treats me well (tho he is high strung) so why do i get like this around him. Whats wrong with me. Its like he does something 2 me chemically as weird as that sounds. he is the only one who has this affect on me. Please help!

Thankyou gina. You give the best advice, i was hoping to hear from you. KB. Your right, i need to deal with these issues. I think i panicked because i thought he might be having second thoughts. The thought of getting hurt again sent me over the edge because he has left me once before & it hurt so bad. I dont want to feel that again. I do have trust issues. Thankyou for ur anser.
