She has always told me that she has hated the idea of lesbian sex. But lately she has started tell me that she only want pretty and sexy female friends around her. She only extends friendship with girls who are pretty and sexy looking. Last time she went to meet one of her friends she had worn one of her sexy thongs inside her jeans! She admires girls who have a wholesome figure and stuff like that. Please tell me is it possible for a girl who hated lesbians turn into one later in life?

 She may not have hated the idea of lesbian sex so much as she hated the idea that it appealed to her. She sought to distance herself from it by condmening it.
Of course she may not be a lesbian or even bisexual at all. Maybe she sees fit, attractive women as successful and when she's around them she feels successful too.
We don't know what is going on in your girlfriend's mind so I really don't want to encourage you to think she is something she might not be.

 Sexuality in almost all people is fluid. It evolves and grows, and can change, as a person grows and changes. With exposure to more people and experiences and time, our ideas about our own sexuality grows, constantly, over our entire lives.
The kind of underwear she wears has nothing to do with her sexuality. It's just underwear. Stop worrying about it.
If she wants to have sex with a woman, she'll probably tell you. Make sure you can talk to her with compassion and honesty if she does.

 Sure, but I doubt she's turning into a lesbian. A lot of my friends are lesbian and the things that tend to turn men on (thongs for instance) are not usually the things women find attractive in other women. Often when women surround themselves with sexy women they're looking for a status boost and it makes them feel more confident. I don't know many women who don't admire hot women, but that doesn't mean they're going to go have sex with them!
