For me it depends on the position and the guy.
If I am on top and riding him like a pony, or if we are doing it doggy style, I can usually feel the cum shooting inside of me.
If he is on top, I feel his throbbing and contractions inside of me but not his cum squirting into me. I think its the angle.

 yes a girl can feel it when a a guy ejaculates unside her, well at least i can, i cannot speak on behalf of every female being, but it's a sensation that feels warm and tingly, but then i'm not sure what it feels like if a guy is wearing a condom, which is probably the best idea if you don't want the chance of an STI or unwanted pregnancy.
