I am just wondering if anyone has experience on the ortho evra birth control patch and if it helps you?

I am currently on the pill but I am looking for different options.

Can anyone clue me in on this, not that I am asking you to tell me everything because I know that I am needing to talk to the ob/gyn.

I am simply asking for anyones story and if it has helped you?

i have been on the patch for 2 years it worked for me, no pregnancys! yay! lol. menstral cycle was regular and i knew the exact date i was going to start, but i have recently changed to the needle, i had went to the doctor cause well for the past year or more i have been emotional my moods would change like 10 + times a day, so i thought i was depressed anyways the doc. said it could be the birth control it gives you alot of estrogen (hormones) so i have to many hormones! lol and i just got on the needle last week so i havent seen anychanges yet but it wont kick it right away. hope this helped a little. i heard the nuva ring was good also.

i happen to believe they dont work but thats just my opinion and there are other options like the nuva ring

you insert this ring for 3 weeks and then take it out then put a new one in simple right??

and you can have intercourse with it too

i know some people who use it and they like it wayy better than the pill. so hope that helped
