My personal preference is doggy-style. Which, to clarify, is VAGINAL penetration from behind (the women on all fours with the male behind). It just seems to hit the right spot and enables you both to play a part in the speed, depth and roughness of the play.
If you really want to woo your woman however, it is about more then just a position in the bedroom. Make her lunch, with some wine and a small vase of flowers. I can't exactly tell you what the best position is personally,because it varies from girl to girl.
If you're in a rush to find something,surf the net for some tempting positions,but dont go too crazy,u dont want her to head for the hills!

 Well I personally love the good old missionary position. But me on top and doggy are one of mine and my bf's favourites, 69 is quite fun as well ;) and oral is great too!
But your best bet is to just experiment with your gf and try different things and see what you two like best.
