 TYE DYE!!! Awesome idea, Tisha, I would LOVE to get some tye dye from my fella!! A photo album, mix CD, delicious dinner, a sexy massage (sometimes actions speak louder than words, ya know?)... a short video or slide show (if you're computer savvy), a painting of your favorite picture of you two together, poetry, homemade candle, a cocktail you invented called the "Robert" (or whatever his name is), maybe a script of the first time you met, or even better (and sexier) - a piece of literotica entailing the next dirty time you have together. He will go crazy!
Some more suggestions... but yes, I really loved that tye dye idea!!

 Tie dye. Decoupage. Papier mache. Knitted scarf, socks, sweaters. Needlepoint pillow. Cross stitch. Watercolor. Glazed ceramic coffee cup. Mold-made silver pendant.
Just a few thoughts. Enjoy! Creating things makes future heirlooms.
