What would be a good way to ask her out gently?I allowed her time to be alone for awhile because she only split up from her boyfriend two months ago. How can I know if she may be ready for a relationship with me? Please help if you can.

Its great you have considered her feelings and waited as she has only just got out of a relationship :). If you are really interested in her i think you should ask her if she wants to hang out, maybe go for a drink or maybe to the cinema, letting her know you want to get to know her more.

Hi love, well let me tell you that if you want to date this girl then you really need to do something about it and ask her out, either buy her a drink and chat to her after work, telling her that you would like to see more of her, it does not matter that she is just out of a relationship, she will either want to see you or not, just take the plunge and see what happens, be brave.
