 your only 13 yrs old!! let it grow, you have at least 5yrs of growing time to got hrough yet.
there is one method to make your penis bigger and its called jelquing. search it on google. but thats only for adult men who are not happy about their size. so bear that in mind if your still uncomfartable in a few years time about your size.

You have BARELY hit puberty (if you have hit it at all), so worrying about the size of your penis at this moment is a waste of time. Give it time and it will grow sizes.
I don't think there's any excersizes that will make it grow. The pills that are advertise in tv are also a scam. As I said before, give it time. You're still too young to actually worry about it.

 You're 13. Don't sweat it. You can't do any sort of exercises to make it bigger, but if you wait for puberty to kick in I'm sure it'll....grow. If you're still worried about it when you're 20 then you can have surgery - although I really wouldn't worry, it's not a big factor in how much girls will like you.

Hey, man, have you hit puberty yet? It takes a while for it to actually grow, so just be patient. As for excercises, I don't really know. Sorry I couldn't be more help, but don't worry about size. Most women don't care how big someone is down there.

umm well there arne't any exercises that i know of but maybe your exaggerating on the small lol, trust me if its bigger that 3 inch then ur ok it only takes 3 to pleasure a woman as long as u know how to use it and trust me by the time your old enough to have sex it will probably have grown.
