 Well like many of the other aunts stated, men like breasts of all sizes, shapes, and looks. The vast majority of them don't care wether they are fake or not. However, they may have preferences in size and shape including whether the boobs are fake or real. Some guys may not like them at all since they do not feel like real breasts. Some may even prefer them over smaller breasted women; they may be more attracted to the larger size. However those guys who are worth being with my have preferences, but they won't base everything soley on your breasts. They will like you no whether your breasts are fake or not.

 Boobs are boobs and I don't discriminate. However, having said that, natural is just better. It's not debatable nor is it a matter of opinion. Natural breasts can do things that those other silly silicon things can't(no offense to any implanted girls who read this...the alliteration was tempting)
I mean c'mon, look at Katie Price and tell me those this look attractive whilst keeping a straight face!
Jokes aside this my answer: Size doesn't define a good pair of breasts. Texture, apppearance and legitimacy does.

Personally, I'm turned off by breast implants. Even if they felt real, I'd be turned off as soon as I found out they were fake. I like natural breasts, whatever the size.

To be honest I have had 3 sexual partners since getting them done and all guys have said they wouldnt mind them either way. So I think it depends on personal opinion. But for me Im extremely happy I had them done.

I would not put something articficial in my body. Mine are large but not perfect the way they are when they are fake. I believe in working with what you have and making the best of it through working, out eating right.

 Just adding my tuppence worth here, my friend got implants a few years back she was in her forties at the time and we all thought she was mad, but to give credit where credit is due they look brilliant, they feel real and yes she gets plenty of admirers wanting to talk with her, only down side i have with them is when i go swimming with her.
Hers always looks pert, while i have to use a harness type swimsuit to keep mine pert!

 Listen to Sugar Bear, she is brilliant and she has been married for 8 years, lived with countless men, been married and divorced and if any one knows what it takes to entertain a man it is her.
Her advice is soooo helpful isn't it, men love boobs and if they had a pair they would play with them all day.
Well let's see, I guess she is telling you that you are not good enough the way you are if you don't have a great set of boobs and you must me nasy, depressed, bored and alone if you don't do something to get a man.
But if you want to listen to someone old like me who has all natural boobs and has a boyfriend 15 years younger than she is and she is in her 50's well, I think you should only get fake boobs if you like to play with them.
The reason being that any man that would only choose you for your breasts is a dick wad and you would get bored with him in about 15 minutes.
Unless you are brainless and like to think that you actually have power over men because of things like, er well your boobs....which I am sure Sugar Bear can attest to.

 Personal opinion, and the opinion of the men I know, is that implants can make you look nice in a tight shirt, but they don't look as good when the top comes off and certainly don't feel as good. You might turn more heads, but a man that's close enough to see you in the bedroom would prefer natural breasts.
What I want to say though, and this may be entirely out of line, is that you don't want a man that wants you just because you've got surgically enlarged breasts. A man that loves you will love whatever breasts you have, and you'll have enough trouble getting him to let go of them as they are.

reader, anonymous, writes (29 October 2009): There is sort of a style choice between looking real or looking fake, even from one implant patient to another implant patient. Some women actually want a bit of a fake-boob look and others don't.
I don't know any guys who actually prefer fake-looking boobs. But I know a lot of guys who just kinda shrug their shoulders and say, "whatever, as long as they look & feel real."

 When a woman gets a GOOD set of implants, a man cannot tell the difference. And I'll give you some facts and information to prove it.
The realism and believability of the implants...well...It depends on several factors whether a woman's implants look obvious or not.
1-Did the woman have a good doctor with plenty of experience on what position to place the implants, and what incisions to use?
2-Did the woman have a decent amount of breast tissue before the surgery, to soften and cover the 'edges' of the implants and make them less noticeable?
3-Did the woman choose a size and shape suitable for her body type, weight, age, and fitness level?
4-Did the woman choose a saline, silicone, or cohesive gel implant?
5-Has the woman experienced any capsular contraction or scar tissue buildup over the implant?
6-Did the woman follow the correct guidelines for massaging the implants to help them 'drop' into the chest wall correctly?
So as you can see, many different factors play into whether or not a woman's implants look real or not. Many different Hollywood actresses with large breasts have had implants that many people are not aware of, such as Catherine Zeta Jones, or Jeri Ryan. Their breasts 'look real' because they had a good doctor, got the right implant for themselves, and took good care of them.
Other women, such as Lindsey Lohan, got implants that 'look fake' because she did not get the right size for her body and did NOT take good care of them.
I strongly suggest you look into getting the new "Cohesive Gel Implant" or 'Gummy Bear" implant. It is made up of silicone gel that is nearly completely solid, meaning that if the shell of the implant breaks, the silicone does not leak or travel in the body and cannot make you sick. They have a much more realistic gravity and weight, with a bounce and tactile feel of genuine breast tissue, and are almost completely undetectable to the eye and hand. They are not available to every doctor, so unless you live in a large major city in a well-populated state such as Cali, Florida or New York, you may have to travel to find a doctor who is trained on using them.
