writes:Apparently most guys prefer girls to shave their pubic hair... is this true? And does that mean all over? Wouldn't you get rashes if you shaved it all off? And it would make the girl look like a child! Is it okay to shave the bikini line and just trim the rest all over or do guys prefer it all off? A little advice please :) xxx

reader, anonymous, writes (18 May 2008): Please let me strongly suggest you DO NOT shave your pubic region.There are many reasons for this suggestion.First, shaving requires perpetual upkeep, which is a pain in the ass, and in-between shaves, is less inviting to a tongue. Secondly, pubic hair is a sign of maturity, and any grown man should adore it. In my opinion, a lack of pubic hair suggests pre-pubescence, and pedophilia belongs in jail. Grow it, and show it proudly !

Matter of fact I shave for her once every week. The best way to do it is to wet it with a hot wash cloth. Let it stay there a min. or two put on the cream and shave. She gets really turned on. After it's I go down on her, and we have great sex for the next two hours. Try it guy's.

Thanks everyone for your advice! I personally think I will stick with the well-groomed, neatly trimmed and bikini-line shaven look. As I wouldn't like to shave all over. I think the only reason a guy wouldn't like "down there" is if it was really really bushy or if the hair was too short and sharp or spiky. Thanks again xxx

reader, anonymous, writes (23 August 2007): I work in fashion.Alot of girl talk goes on there.It seems to me that alot of girls dress wax whatever to keep up with other girls.Every girl suits different hairstyles and this includes the down there hair.Some look hot bald,others look weird.Personally I just keep myself well trimmed and no bikini line cause I suit that.Look in a full length mirror naked and you be the judge of what suits you.I think there are many ways to please your man and theres nothing sexier than a confident woman whos true to herself.

I get a rash when I shave my bikini line and I think it looks horrible when it's too short all over so I don't want to get rid of it completely and I would be way too shy to get it done proffessionally... But would it be ok if it was just short all over and shaved on the bikini line? Or would guys prefer it if I get rid of it all? One of my main worries is that guys wouldn't like the way i have it. (i say guys but I mean my boyfriend) xxx

My nice underwear looks great, I feel groomed and I don't ever seem to get smelly down there (sorry). I don't get sweatty either. I have a profession brazilian wax done every few weeks and as a result don't get very serious ingrowing hairs. The hairs come out and feel soft and have also become thinner over time. I would never, ever consider shaving!! My husband seems to like it as well, he says it feels like he get closer to me when we have sex. I love to do it for him, since he enjoys being with me more.

reader, anonymous, writes (22 August 2007): to be honest hunni as long as it isnt a jungle down there guys donts seem to really mind. however once it is shaven and too short to shave again it does irritate slightly because it is all stubbly and rubbing againts each other. some people may find it extreamly uncomfortable, others dont. it does also grow back thicker and more. like any part of the body that is shaved there are quite a few ingrown hairs that, in some cases, can be quite painful. dispite being a more painful process, for removing hair down there, i recommend professional waxing. i really would NOT try home waxing sets. trust me. i have quite sensitive skin and now have scars because it ripped of several layers of skin. ooouuuccchhh!!!!

 Most guys I know, myself included like shaved, maybe a landing strip or something, I really wouldn't mind if girl wasn't shaved though, so long as it wasn't overly hairy, that's just gross.
And yeah, you can get a rash and ingrown hairs and whatnot.
And as far as looking like a child, guys don't see it like this, personally I would just rather feel smooth skin over rough hairy skin.
