I think u should get one of his dress shirts and tie.... Put it on woth nothing under and put on his tie...put ur hair in a bun with a pin in it and role play as if he's coming on a kob interview...u act as if he's not right for the job but ur open for ways to show me u are right for the job...and then he can start making the moves on u.

 Well, since being quiet is a must, you could be just a tiny bit dominating and start off with something like, "If you make one sound, you're in trouble."
There are the classic role plays...student-teacher, doctor-patient (or nurse, whatever). If you guys have never role played before you may want to go with the standard ones.
One piece of advice: Don't go all out with expensive costumes just yet. Use something you already have at home: short skirts...a plastic stethoscope left over from your kid days...or if there's kids in the house. Haha it's all about preference!
