Any home remedies for my skin irritation?

Hi this is not relationship related,but I would love to here agony aunts remedy to my skin problem

My skin has been very irritated lately,its become really dry and I have these red boils.and none of these market beaUty products help,my skin reacts better to natural home made remedies!any suggestions to clear my skin?thank you agoney aunts in advance

Honeypie agony auntI would go see a doctor/dermatologist first. Like others mentioned boils are a sign of infection.

Also stay away from lotions/soap with perfume in them. Drink more water, cut the sugar.

Hi, try using honey on your skin. My husband used it for skin ecsema and it cleared the problem. Also drink a lot of water and keep away from the sweets and chocolates.
