A reader, anonymous, writes (10 June 2011):

Liquid Silk brand lube is great. It comes in a pump bottle and easy access, though I've glopped it on places I've not meant to before (clumsy me). But it's a great product with little taste and it does not stain the sheets or cause any yeast infections or burning like some of the silicon and other oily stuff. It has alot of water and works great as a lube.

bubbloo24 agony auntMy mate had the same problem and she asked me about it. I think it might be to do with being de-hydrated. Maybe you should try drinking more water? Stress could also be a factor in this but for now, just try to hydrate yourself a bit more. :)

dragonette agony auntYou can use lube (like ky-jelly) when you have sex, so you don't get friction wounds.

As for why you're experiencing vaginal dryness, there are many reasons, but stress can definitely be one of them.

If it goes on for a long time and it's bothering you, then you can make a visit to your gynecologist and maybe he/she can give you some advice.
